Privacy

Health information you enter is visible only to the reviewing physician and the care team, is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is never sold or shared with advertisers. Intake answers exist to support a clinical decision — nothing else. You can ask for your file, or ask for it to be deleted, from your request page at any time.

Terms

Submitting an intake is a request for a physician's evaluation, not a purchase. A licensed physician decides whether a prescription is appropriate; if they decline, your card is never charged. Prescriptions are dispensed by an independent licensed pharmacy and cannot be transferred, resold, or shared.

HIPAA notice

Care is delivered by licensed clinicians through HIPAA-compliant systems. Your records are used for treatment, payment, and care operations only. You have the right to receive a copy of your records, request corrections, and receive an accounting of disclosures.
