You’re viewing a demonstration store. Nothing here is prescribed and nothing ships.
HelloDoc isn’t a real company. It’s a working sample storefront — the treatments, prices, physicians and reviews are all fabricated, no prescription is written and no order ships. Orders you place are real records in a demonstration tenant on a simulated payment rail: no card is taken and no money moves.

Legal
Health information you enter is visible only to the reviewing physician and the care team, is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is never sold or shared with advertisers. Intake answers exist to support a clinical decision — nothing else. You can ask for your file, or ask for it to be deleted, from your request page at any time.
Submitting an intake is a request for a physician’s evaluation, not a purchase. A licensed physician decides whether a prescription is appropriate; if they decline, your card is never charged. Prescriptions are dispensed by an independent licensed pharmacy and cannot be transferred, resold, or shared.
Care is delivered by licensed clinicians through HIPAA-compliant systems. Your records are used for treatment, payment, and care operations only. You have the right to receive a copy of your records, request corrections, and receive an accounting of disclosures.
The fastest route is the message thread on your request page — your care team answers there seven days a week. For anything about an order in transit, tracking lives on the same page. You can also reach us at support@hellodoc.example.
HelloDoc is a demonstration site; these policies describe how the real product it demonstrates would operate. See the disclosure at the top of every page.
